What can’t I send?+
Do not send cigarettes, alcohol, or prohibited or illegal items. The existing service policy states that parcels containing these items will be discarded and not delivered. We may inspect parcel contents and refuse a parcel. Ask us if you are unsure about an item.
Are customs charges included?+
Parcels may be subject to customs and duty charges if required by the authorities. These charges are the sender’s responsibility.
What if my parcel is larger or heavier?+
A parcel larger or heavier than declared will move to the correct category. Weight over 30 kg incurs a surcharge of £3.50 per kg. Please share accurate dimensions and weight when requesting a quote.
Where can I drop off my parcel?+
We offer drop-offs in Battersea. Message us to confirm the location and arrange your drop-off before travelling. Collection is also available in London and the surrounding area for an additional fee.
